Core Package

Initial 60 minute consultation

We explore your health history, symptoms (if relevant), and lifestyle, and goals

  1. A clear picture of your current eating patterns and routines

  2. What you want to change — and what you don’t want

  3. A plan that fits your week, not a fantasy week

  4. Education where helpful

Note: If appropriate, you may receive a meal plan and recipes — always tailored to your needs and preferences.

Follow up 30 minute consultation

What’s working, what’s hard, and why

  1. Adjusting your plan to your real schedule

  2. Building consistency without perfection

  3. Progress review (depending on your goals)

Follow ups take place every 1-3 weeks depending on need and availability.

What to expect

  1. Understanding - Your history. routines, goals and challenges

  2. Plan - Clear priorities and realistic, achievable goals

  3. Support - follow up to adapt, keep consistency, trouble shoot and maintain

Concierge Package

Initial 60 minute consultation (as with Basic package)

Follow up 30 minute consultation (as with basic package)

plus:

  • Supermarket Visit

  • Individualised cooking lesson at clients home

  • Individualised meal plan every 2 weeks

  • Weekly contact besides follow up (email, phone, text)

I also offer small-group sessions for gyms and workplaces (e.g., “Fuel Your Workout”, “Build a Plate”, and “Supplements: what matters, what doesn’t”)
